There is a moment on every shoot when everything either comes together or it does not. The light is doing exactly what you hoped. The location feels right. The crew is moving with the kind of quiet confidence that only comes from proper preparation. I have been working towards that moment, on both sides of the camera, for over twenty years. First as a photographer for Corbis and Getty, shooting across Europe for editorial and advertising clients. Then as a producer and location scout, building Easy Production from the ground up in Nice and the South of France. That experience, both the visual instinct and the operational rigour, is what we bring to every project.


Who we work with

Our clients are creative directors, art directors, producers and brand teams who build culture through image. They come from London, Paris, Milan, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo. They arrive with clear references, high expectations, and schedules that do not have much room for error.


Over more than two decades, we have produced campaigns, editorials and advertising films for Louis Vuitton, H&M, Campari, Air France, Elle Magazine, Marie Claire, Vogue Spain, Grazia Germany, Neiman Marcus and Zimmermann, among others. We have worked on productions featuring Carla Bruni, Uma Thurman, Doutzen Kroes, Pierce Brosnan, Angelina Jolie, and Laetitia Casta. We have organised vehicle roadshows for automotive brands across France, and produced fashion shoots at the Cannes Film Festival, in the Camargue, in Cassis, in the Luberon, and across the Côte d'Azur.


These references matter because they tell you something specific: we understand what it means to deliver at this level, under real pressure, with clients who know exactly what they want and cannot afford for things to go wrong on set. 


What Easy Production does

We are an executive production service. We bridge the gap between creative vision and on-the-ground reality, shooting in Nice, Cannes, Marseille and Saint-Tropez, across the South of France.That means we handle every element that allows a photographer, director or creative team to focus entirely on the image.


Location scouting and management

We do not run a database search when we receive a brief. We think about the project. We study the brand's social channels before the first conversation. The images a creative team chooses to publish tell you more about their direction than most briefs do.


What kind of light are they after?
What does the location need to do for the image that a studio cannot replicate?
What are the constraints that will only become visible once a truck tries to get through the gate?

I have spent twenty years developing the eye and the instinct that answers these questions quickly and accurately.

Every property we propose has been assessed on its genuine technical qualities: access for heavy vehicles, floor load capacity, electrical supply, ceiling height, acoustics, crew space. We manage all negotiations with owners, draft the contracts, collect the insurance certificates, and handle administrative permits including authorisations for shooting on public streets and squares. That last point is not a formality. I have personally seen shoots halted by the local authorities because a permit had not been filed correctly. Every hour of lost shooting time costs real money. We make sure you are covered before the cameras roll.


Production coordination


We manage crew coordination, equipment sourcing, transport and logistics from pre-production through to wrap. Mobile dressing rooms, production vehicles, technical trucks, minivans, on-site location management: everything that keeps a shoot moving without friction. For international teams, we act as a local extension of your production structure. You bring the creative direction. We bring twenty years of knowing how the South of France works.


Crew accommodation


Finding practical, affordable accommodation for a crew of twenty, thirty or fifty people in the South of France, particularly during festival season or in peak summer, is harder than it sounds if you do not have established relationships in the region. We do. We know which hotels and residences understand the rhythm of a production: late arrivals, early call times, secure equipment storage, flexible catering arrangements. We put together accommodation solutions for large crews at rates that reflect the volume, not the tourist market.

Fashion and luxury campaigns
For maisons and premium brands, production is about precision, discretion and absolute control of the environment. Every surface, every reflection, every detail in the background carries weight. We have produced at this level for clients including Louis Vuitton, Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire and Grazia. We understand what these productions require and we know how to deliver it in locations that most agencies cannot access.


Advertising film and campaign video
From large-scale multi-location shoots to tight-budget single-day productions, we manage the full scope: scheduling, crew, logistics, permits, on-site coordination. Campaign films, social content, vertical formats for digital platforms. Fast execution without losing quality or creative direction.


Editorial and lookbook
Editorial work requires a different kind of attention. It is more experimental, more dependent on atmosphere and instinct. We collaborate closely with photographers and stylists to find the conditions that produce strong images, rather than simply providing a location and stepping back.



Automotive and vehicle roadshows

We have organised vehicle launches and roadshows across France for multiple automotive brands. Indoor and outdoor displays, driving routes, press events. One agency, one quote, one invoice across every city on the itinerary.


Beauty, still life and product
Controlled environments, precise lighting, absolute attention to surface and texture. We build setups for beauty shoots, perfume and cosmetics, leather goods, jewellery and watches. The kind of production where a single reflection out of place means a reshoot.


Corporate and brand content
For brands that need a residential or architectural setting for internal communications, investor content or brand films, we provide the same level of location management and production support as for consumer-facing campaigns.


Why the South of France keeps working for image-driven productions

I am not neutral on this subject, and I should say so. But I am also speaking from experience. The light in Provence in late spring, the sharpness of the winter sky above the Côte d'Azur, the texture of stone in the Luberon at golden hour: these are not marketing descriptions. They are things I have watched directors of photography react to for the first time, often in silence, for twenty years.


What makes the region exceptional for production is not just the light. It is the range. From Nice, a crew can access the mineral landscape of the Luberon, the dramatic terrain of the Alpilles, the pine-lined coastline of the Var, the urban density of Marseille, and the manicured hills above Cannes within two hours. Each area has a completely distinct visual identity. For a production that needs variety without the budget and logistical cost of moving across the country, that density is a genuine asset.


Nice Côte d'Azur airport makes the region even more practical for international teams. Cast and crew land and are on set within the hour. No Paris connection, no half-day in transit. And the local production ecosystem, technicians, equipment suppliers, logistics providers, has been servicing serious productions for long enough to be genuinely reliable.


We have produced fashion shoots for Zimmermann in Cassis, a Campari campaign with Uma Thurman in Nice and Cannes, an Elle Magazine production at the Cannes Film Festival with Doutzen Kroes, another international magazine in Cannes with Angelina Jolie, a Louis Vuitton location shoot in Geneva, and a Marie Claire editorial with Laetitia Casta in the Camargue. The region keeps delivering because it keeps offering something that is genuinely difficult to find elsewhere in Europe, and because we know how to use it.

The briefs I enjoy most are the ones that arrive with a note of apology. 'This might be complicated.' 'We are not sure it is possible.' 'We have already asked two other agencies.' Those are the ones that get us out of bed in the morning. We have run ten production crews simultaneously across ten different locations, each with their own technical requirements, their own delivery schedules, their own particular demands. It is the kind of day that tests everything you have built. After twenty years, those are still the days I find most satisfying.  At the end of it all, what I care about most is simple. The client walks away with extraordinary images on their hard drives and a smile that tells you everything went right. That is the moment the whole thing is worth it. I love watching clients leave with a big smile on their face.
