Paris doesn't need an introduction. But finding the right space in the right arrondissement, with the right light, the right ceiling height, and a owner who actually understands what a film crew needs, that's a different story. That's for sure.
Easy Spaces has built a catalogue of distinctive Paris locations for photo shoots, film productions, commercials, and audiovisual projects of all formats. Haussmann apartments with original moldings, contemporary lofts flooded with natural light, private mansions, rooftop terraces overlooking the capital, industrial spaces, abandoned buildings with raw atmosphere. If it exists in Paris and works for a production, we know about it.
Every project has its own constraints. A commercial for a luxury brand doesn't need the same space as a music video or an independent short film. We don't offer a generic list of pretty rooms. We offer a selection that has been assessed for its visual potential, its technical accessibility, and its practical suitability for a working crew.
Our Paris locations include spaces across every register :
Haussmann and period apartments with authentic Parisian character, ideal for photo shoots, fashion editorials, or commercials that need a lived-in, elegant feel. Industrial lofts and raw spaces for contemporary, minimalist, or high-contrast sets. Private mansions and historic buildings when the brief calls for something refined and immediately impressive. Rooftop terraces with unobstructed views over Paris, for productions that want the city as their backdrop. Abandoned or untouched spaces with distinctive texture and atmosphere, for shoots that need something genuinely original.
Finding a location in Paris is one thing. Making sure it works for your production is another.
We gather detailed technical information on every space we list : dimensions, ceiling height, natural light orientation, electrical capacity, vehicle and equipment access, and any restrictions the owner applies. When you contact us with a brief, you get a shortlist of spaces that have already been filtered against your requirements, not a catalogue to browse through on your own.
We also have access to off-market locations, spaces whose owners don't advertise publicly but work selectively with productions through our network. After more than two decades in this industry, that network is one of the most valuable things we offer.
There are no turnkey promises here. What we offer is honest, specific knowledge of the Paris location market and a genuine understanding of what production teams need on the ground.
Directors of production and location managers who need a reliable Paris contact with a serious catalogue. Creative agencies producing content for fashion, luxury, and lifestyle brands. Independent directors and photographers who know what they want visually and need someone who can find it without wasting their time.
If your production is coming to Paris and you need spaces that work creatively and technically, we're the right people to call.

Do you only cover Paris or other French cities too ? Our location catalogue covers Paris as a priority, but also Lyon, Marseille, Nice, Cannes, and Saint-Tropez. For production services including crew, permits, and full coordination, we operate exclusively in the South of France and on the French Riviera.
Can we visit the spaces before confirming ? Yes. Once we've sent you a shortlist and you've identified the spaces that interest you, we organise visits. We don't recommend signing a rental contract without a physical visit, particularly for complex productions.
Do your locations accommodate large technical crews and heavy equipment ? It depends on the space and it's always specified in the listing. Vehicle access, loading constraints, and equipment restrictions are among the first things we clarify with owners before adding a location to our catalogue.
Do you handle filming permits in Paris ? We can advise on the permit process and point you in the right direction, but filming permits in Paris are handled through the Bureau du Cinéma de la Ville de Paris. Lead times vary significantly depending on the location and the scale of the production. Factor this in early.
