CONDITIONS FOR THE RENTAL OF A FILMING LOCATION OR AN EVENT VENUE :

100% of the rental price of the place is payable upon acceptance of the quotation and one month before the entrance to the place.

The balance is due after the overpayment.

In case of cancellation and after acceptance, we assure you of our best efforts to reduce each cost.

However, the expenses already incurred for work on your benefit will be due in full.

You will also be charged for the working time already paid at the rate of 550 € HT per day.

After deducting expenses incurred by EASY SPACES for various services and other reservations, the remaining amount of the deposit paid will be returned to you within one month of the cancellation.

All the deposits already paid by EASY SPACES, to hotels, houses and various service providers, will be retained.

In case of cancellation of any benefit within 3 weeks, 100% of the total amount of the benefit will be due.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Easy Spaces is an intermediary between the client and the lessor.

Its only role is to find a place for the client and manage rental reservations.
For his work as an intermediary, Easy spaces will receive its agency commission.
This will be paid either:

- By the customer of Easy spaces, in addition to the rental price requested by the lessor:

- By the lessor, by returning a commission fee to Easy spaces, on the rental price posted in his establishment.

In all respects, the company Easy spaces will collect from the customer the total sum of the rental before the service and will return to the lessor, after deduction of his commission, the rent agreed between him and him beforehand.

The customer is subject to the general conditions of Easy spaces and the place he wants to rent through our agency.

Easy spaces, will not be held liable in case of damage caused in the rented premises.

A rental agreement must be drawn up between the lessor and the Easy spaces customer.

The Easy spaces customer agrees to take out all the insurance necessary to rent the place found and proposed by Easy spaces.

The descriptions and the photos of the locations presented on this site are not contractual, and are provided by the owner.
This material is provided for information only, subject to the respective contractual documents or images, and shall not be held responsible.

Only a location survey by the client before the service prevails and freezes a decor in a contractual manner.

Easy Spaces and Easy Production are in no way responsible for any modifications of the premises by the owner, or the manager of the premises.

On the other hand, Easy Spaces is not liable for any breakages or damage caused to shooting locations,  or event venues.

Indeed, it is accepted that the organizers, the customers of easy spaces, the managers must take out civil and professional liability insurance.

The customer undertakes to go through Easy spaces which will collect its agency commission, for any concrete location of a place proposed by Easy spaces.

In the case of confirmation of the rental of the place (s)

The customer agrees to go through EASY SPACES for the rental of the premises.
In the 5 years following the first visit or within 3 years from the first rental, the customer will be obliged to contact EASY SPACES who will define the rental terms and receive his commission.
It is understood that EASY SPACES remains the sole interlocutor between the customer and the owners of the premises, concerning all tariff matters.

In the case of a direct rental of premises, between the client and the owners of the premises, EASY SPACES, will assign the client to the court.
The customer will be liable for the total amount of the rental of the place over the entire rented period.
