Movie Feature Length Shooting In Monaco

An American mega-production is being shot now, starring Leighton Meester and Selena Gomez. For fifteen days the shooting will take place in town. Actors ready, camera, action...Monaco has turned into an open air cinema studio. The perfect set for a romantic  American comedy named Monte Carlo. As simple as that...  the shooting started eight weeks ago in Budapest. The Hotel de Paris room replicas have been recreated in the Hungarian studios, for indoor scenes. On Friday and Saturday, comedians have been filmed in Paris. Scenes starring Christophe Malavoy and Valérie Lemercier. The French actress plays the role of a Parisian guide, making fun of such situation. In the principality, where cameras remained for over two weeks, scenes will mainly be shot outdoor, in order to capture the Monaco casino square real atmosphere, the Larvotto beach and all the surroundings. The movie, produced by 20th Century Fox, will probably count among its famous people and associated producers, a very popular movie representative: the actress Nicole Kidman. It seems that even Julia Roberts might be among the stars. To be sure, let’s go and watch Monte Carlo on movie screens, in the springtime of 2011.
