Herewith : The photo and video shooting in Nice for the brand ZIMMERMANN, realised in a magnificent atypical setting, with a top model.

The difficulty was to respond to all the requests of the artistic direction in a hurry, and to find for example wild flowers within the hour.

The Easy Spaces team was mobilised to go and pick wild flowers directly from the countryside, in order to satisfy the stylist who wanted a very rural bouquet.

For the rest, it was simple and usual:

• Organize a wonderful breakfast for the arrival of the photo-video team and satisfy all the tastes of the customers.
• Check that everyone is awake in time to leave at the time of the appointment in the hotel lobby.
• Check the photo and light equipment on hire, when loading at the rental company, in order to avoid forgetting it.
• Help the stylist and her team to wear the clothes and styling material when going up to the styling room.
• Driving the team in a van with an XXL trunk, allowing the collection and the material necessary for the production to be stored.
• Orchestrating the whole photo and video shoot, finding a beautiful vintage convertible, with its accessories.
• Organise the team's lunch on site, with gluten-free dishes for some, vegetarian for others.
• Tidy up constantly, so that the film set is always spotless.
• Anticipate each shot, in order to prepare the set and waste as little time as possible.
• Prepare a snack so that everyone can regain strength and enjoy the long day of shooting.
• Anticipate the end of the shoot, put the photo/video equipment in the trucks, and organise the quick departure of the clients, the photographer, the videographer and the artistic team.
• To leave the house on time, checking everywhere that nothing has been forgotten.

In short, the routine ! :-))
